Our state-of-the-art GTAW (TIG) cladding machines deliver consistent, defect-free overlay meeting the tightest industry specifications, including ASME Section IX, API 6A, API 16A, API 17D, and NACE MR0175.

Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)
PWHT is performed on-site at A&G following cladding operations on low-alloy and high-alloy steels such as 4130 chrome-moly and F22. Our controlled heat treatment process reduces residual stress, improves ductility, and restores material properties — critical for sour service and high-pressure applications. Fully documented and compliant with applicable codes.
