Quality is not a checkbox at A&G Welding Specialty LLC — it is built into every step of every job. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, we operate a documented quality management system covering welding, cladding, machining, and fabrication from start to finish.
Every project leaves our Houston shop with complete documentation: Material Test Reports (MTRs), certified WPS/PQR packages, weld maps, hydro test reports, and inspection records. Your QC team gets exactly what it needs — no follow-ups required.
We also offer Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) — a critical step for low-alloy and high-alloy steels that reduces residual stress, improves ductility, and prevents cracking in service. PWHT is performed on-site, fully controlled and documented.
